Hi i've got the same error
JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
Unable to create destination
having just paid for and downloaded the code
i'll go and download it again as per the pevious user experience

Hi i've still got this error (and i too have installed other extensions todaay no problem) which version did you download
i've tried v5 fresh install, unfortunately the same error message still occurs

Hi downloaded it with Safari rather than IE
and it worked
Safari gave a 93k file
ie 82k

Hi

this is IE bug:
connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/detail...pression-downloading

Solution:

To avoid this problem use Mozzila Firefox or other browsers.

If not possible, download rar file from Customer Area and unrar file. If you don't have unrar program, we can still send zip file via email.
