Is there a typo in file grid.php, line 37?
It reads:
$output = '<span class="contentheading componentheadning">List of all tables:</span>';
Notice that "componentheadning" has n extra 'n' near the end.
I don't know if this is causing any problems (none that I can see) but I thought I'd mention it in case it's important.
