Can Table JX connect to a MS Access database? Client has an intranet built using Joomla and wants to pull in some data from an Access database on his network.

If not, can you suggest the best way to link to that data? For example, we could sync the Access data into the Joomla MySQL database using something like Apatar - see this link. Is this a sensible way to get at the Access data?

for now we are supporting: mySQL, mySQLi, Oracle, MS-SQL, MS-SQL2000

We have received some requests for PostgreSQL, so we will try to support this dbtype as soon as possible. If there will be enough interest also Access, but we cannot promise that.

About Apatar. I don't know about this tool. It looks ok. If it is possible to sync the data on the fly then even better. Then you can present any data in joomla with TableJX, thanks for the recommendation.
