Not working smoothly for me:
Here is what I am doing:
URL Link in db: <a href="www.google.ch" TARGET="_blank" >Purchase</a>

Table in fron end gives me this value:
Purchase">Purchase

First purchase is a link to my joomla url with suffix /%3Ca%20href=

Second Purchase works fine and points to google.

Help is appreciated.
