I would like to see an option to change the number of rows per page in the output. Also, a "Show All" option is nice for those of us who don't like clicking from page to page.

This is actually already implemented. If you want to show all rows you just need to set a greater number of rows per page than you have in your database.

You probbably mean you would like to see "Show all" button and "Num rows" text field beside the grid. We will consider this option, however we must also find a solution in case there is a huge number of rows in database (e.g. more than 100.000). This may have considerable influence on performance.
